Every evidence pipeline follows the same three-stage architecture
Extract
Pull something fragile or noisy from the real world — video feeds, documents, sensor data, web content. Build scrapers, CV pipelines, and data ingestion systems that don't lose the signal.
Validate
Verify cryptographically or structurally. Zero-knowledge proofs, hash chains, schema validation, cross-referencing. Make sure every artifact is what it claims to be.
Surface
Present as an auditable artifact. Dashboards, scientific papers, structured reports, automated alerts. Make the evidence actionable and accessible.
